This class may be for you if you are NEW to Tai Chi or if you want more practice with traditional Tai Chi movements that are found in every Form of Tai Chi. During this month of DROP-IN classes, you will also learn about the evidence-based health benefits of practicing Tai Chi as you practice specific body movements with mindfulness. Come relax with us if you want to experience Tai Chi before enrolling in a class series. Join us for one or all of these drop in classes.
