Qi Gong (Chi-Gong) is an ancient Chinese holistic set of exercises that includes various postures and slow physical movements. These actions are accompanied by concentration, breathing techniques, and meditation. Qi Gong improves balance and coordination, enhances physical and emotional energy, and promotes an experience of well-being with an appreciation of the cycles and wisdom of nature.
