This is a 6-week workshop designed to bring you deeper into your yoga practice. Hatha Yoga uses alignment based poses to help you link breath and body to build both strength and flexibility. This series will focus on the foundations of an asana practice and the use of yoga props to enhance the experience of poses. Each week we will look at how props assist you in various categories of poses. Suitable for students of all levels. January 4 - February 8, 2024.
