Join us for this 10-week program for beginners to get you up and running! Learn techniques, habits, and helpful tips each week to improve pace and form so you can run happy and healthy. Meet once a week with members and team coach for support, advice, and information on stretching and nutrition for training. Complete workouts on your own throughout the week, plan provided by the team coach.
