This 8-week program aims to enhance your conditioning, strength, speed, agility, and power by engaging in high-intensity workouts accompanied by motivating music. Combining strength training, HIIT, plyometrics, kickboxing, and step, this level 3 class offers a diverse training experience. Although suitable for all levels, get ready to challenge yourself and reach your limits. Please note: If you are under medical care please consult your provider for clearance to take this class.
